This skirt is exactly as advertised. Fluffy and all, fitting as expected. My one complaint is that the stitching in the waist band isn’t quality so there are stitches coming out which makes me gingerly put on the skirt to ensure I don’t rip something. Otherwise the quality is great. You can turn it inside out to protect the tulle and keep it more contained for transport which is an awesome feature.
