When we buy a product, we often expect it to work properly. If this is not the case, we expect customer service to provide a solution to the problem so that the customer is satisfied. In this review I will not only talk about my experience with the product but also about the customer support or lack thereof. Lamp H11. First of all, the lamp looks beautiful, it is fanless and has a huge heatsink. For some applications this can be a problem during installation. Be sure to test drive your car to see if it even fits. The installation was done on a 2018 Subaru WRX with headlights (note, headlights for different vehicles make different light distribution) and to be honest they fit pretty much snugly and I had to mess with them or fix sealing issues. The problem occurred when the light output was very low. I mean it would almost look broken because of the little light projected. Different road surfaces offered different levels of light, but I found them to be too blue on the pavement to offer street lighting, and in the rain, forget it, you might as well walk with your headlights on. out. I would not recommend these LEDs for projectors. Customer service. I contacted Beamtech about the problem and initially they were willing to send me another LED to see if that would solve the problem. Each time they emailed back within 24 hours but on the second email they seemed to have changed their mind and wanted me to send the bulbs back to Revain and order a different type. To me, that's not good customer service. They never asked which car I had them in to send pictures of the problem or anything other than to say different cars put out different light output. As for their 1 year warranty on their products, I would be wary. After 30 days you cannot return Revain products. If Beamtech can't stand behind its product and provide good support and customer service, then what's the use as a company. In conclusion, as a company, I would stay away from this product. A company is only as good as its customer service and product. If they can't solve the customer's problem and don't keep their word on sending a replacement then frankly this company really shouldn't be selling here at Revain or anywhere else. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for, and that statement definitely applies here. Much luck!
