Review on 🔥 GDSTIME 40mm Brushless Cooling Fan - High Performance 24V DC Fan, 40mm x 40mm x 20mm, 6000RPM by Robert Gomatham

This one is back. I suspect something is wrong with him. When switched on, a very unpleasant hum can be heard. no "Where's that little whining coming from?", any noise, more like "Oh, that fan is absolutely wrong." Interestingly, the pitch keeps rising for at least 30 seconds after it's turned on, which is why it's taking so long until full speed is reached. I don't know if that's a "design feature" or a manufacturing defect, but either way it's too loud.
