Accommodation is crucial! on door hardware and locks
When I first installed this locking device I was disappointed. My door opened easily. Disappointed, I immediately started returning the item. Then I realized that the problem wasn't in the product, it was in me. I placed it too far on the door frame which prevented the lock from engaging properly. Once the lock was set correctly, it locked without a problem and my door would not open. Finally my craft closet and my little one are safe from each other!
