The most important thing I like about Salucro is that it has an excellent customer service team. They always promptly respond to my questions and concerns. The system also allows me to track all of my payments in one place. Sometimes there are problems with certain features but they usually come up pretty quickly (within a day or two). It's extremely easy to use and can be custom tailored to suit your needs. I highly recommend using this software if you want to manage your billing and payments! I am able to keep track of all of my patients payments in one place. The ability to create accounts for our employees so they can easily pay their bills online. The ability to pay multiple bills at once, which helps us save time. We love the fact that we are able to access our account information from anywhere in the world. I do not like that you cannot make payments outside of the United States. This is very important to our customers. We would like to be able to pay our bills overseas as well. We also wish that there were more customer support options available.
