Bought because of the overwhelming positive response. The first week was great, I adjusted the firmness to my liking with some filling, I couldn't be happier, I thought I had finally found the perfect pillow. After a while (about a month) I noticed that I was waking up with neck pain/stiff neck. I wanted to keep experimenting with this pillow, so I tested many levels of firmness, made many adjustments, and gave each a trial period. I gradually realized that the reason for my neck stiffness/pain was that the pillow filling was too hard for me to be comfortable. I literally wanted to sleep on pieces of something very hard. Now I'm looking for a new pillow again. Learn from my experience: If you decide to try this pillow, be VERY aware of this issue as it may not be obvious at first. Next thing you know the return window has passed and you'll be stuck with a hard pad like me.
