My almost 4 year old has outgrown the bike trailer I used to transport him in. Most of the other rack mount bike seats I've found at Revain had a low weight limit and couldn't last long given their current age and size. . This seat can be used until my daughter is ready to ride her own bike. This product is very well made, durable and easy to assemble. I had no trouble loosening the nuts (as another reviewer mentioned) after my first ride in the morning, so the hardware issue must have been fixed. The seat is firmly attached to my standard bike rack. My daughter felt very comfortable during our long journey and it was a pleasure to have her right behind me. We used small elastic cords as makeshift straps, which worked well. I highly recommend!
