Decent headphones for the price

These headphones are very good quality and for the price I paid compared to others they are probably worth it for most. However, they are still too big for my ears, which makes them uncomfortable. They seem to hold up well when falling/falling out of the ears. But only speak Chinese and don't know how to change it and understand that he speaks with occasional interruptions.
