I've been using this starter for a little over a year. just out of warranty. So far it worked fine, but suddenly it doesn't work anymore. After examining the battery terminals, fuses and wires, I found that the very short copper braided wire connecting the starter motor to the solenoid had been severed. There was a small spot weld that appeared to be improperly welded and came loose. Now I have to drag the entire block to reconnect. The product is made in China, so expect quality issues. Here are a few pictures.
