Be warned, the mounting plate that they show on the second image, as step "2." does not come included with this product. It is impossible to mount the Ring 2 doorbell to this product without the use of a mounting plate. You *can* use the angle plate that came with your Ring 2, but, some people may not want a 5 degree angle, and the added bulkiness. Also, it won't fit the wedge plate that comes with your Ring 2 as they suggest. It only works with the up/down angled plate, not the left/right wedge plate.Kind of scummy to have the first schematic picture include a key component that does not come with the product.
