I bought this razor, a very good device. However, it came with no instructions other than a page with a color chart that was supposed to mean something, but without instructions it was wasted. I have contacted Braun 3 times on their website in the "Contact Us" section and am still waiting for a response. Article ordered on 23.03. I bought this product because of the brand and the company's reputation for reliable products, which I haven't changed my mind about, but the rest of the support sucks. Wouldn't buy another product from them if they treat their customers like this. BE CAREFUL. Brown, maybe you'll read this and finally respond to the customer.
