I couldn't get the metal ring over plug, so I had to make modifications to all 8 of them. I ended up using bolt cutters to clip the ring and then pulled them out. This caused some damage to the end where I cut, so I folded part of it inward and then used black zip ties. Zip ties blend in with the black boots, so they look good still. I suggest they use a metal ring that is already cut, so you can bend it open a little more if needed and then bend it back tight afterwards.This is on a 2013 Chevy Camaro with the stock spark plug wires. Added this after putting long tube headers on.
