In a world where shop liners are now so flimsy they rip just trying to get them out of the box, simplehuman has stuck to what they know about picking up junk and making it look safe and sound bring to the house. Liquid waste can come from wet garbage in a bag and seep onto the ground through thin porous pads, but it stays safe in regular human bags. I thought about it but didn't dare to get hold of one of the plain human cans these bags were designed for. It is easier for that person to use it in the smallest plastic Sterilite round-rectangular open-top jar. It fits snugly in my tiny glasses but is double the size. I stack the excess on the outside until my jar is full, then I unfold the rest and the liner sits vertically over the jar, so I keep filling it until the bag is just as full. I also like strong grips. It's a long way from my last apartment to the bins down the alley, but I'm sure these bags will never break as long as I take them out, even if they're heavily loaded.
