I exercise regularly but over time I developed chest tightness which my cardiologist "stable angina pectoris". "Losing weight was more difficult because of this condition. However, I have heard that L-arginine improves blood flow and helps with stable angina. This appears to be true as I have been using it for the past 30 days. I did a 30 minute HIIT program and I was struggling. I am currently doing a 1 hour HIIT with very little severe stable angina. This may not be the case for others, but for me it's worth a subscription.
