It's light and perfect.with one wish
There is room for my laptop and a few papers or even a file folder in the laptop side. The other compartment is roomy and separates things nicely.My ONLY wish is that it had one outside pocket for a phone or ear buds or a few things. Of course, then it would be thicker, probably.
