I like this charcoal powder. I have two reservations: I've heard conflicting reports on the benefits/risks of using powdered charcoal for teeth. So proceed with caution and don't blindly believe claims that this product is great for oral health. Second, I haven't given up my regular toothpaste. I use this in addition to the toothpaste maybe 1-2 times a day for a week or two. I'm not sure but I think I've seen results. After powdering, I feel like my smile has gotten a little whiter. I don't mind the taste (I don't really notice it) or the texture (very fine powder) so this product is really easy to use. The only annoying thing is that the coal can get stuck in the sink and I don't want it getting dirty. You'll probably want to wipe down the sink after each use. If you're looking for a charcoal-based teeth whitener, I'd recommend giving it a try.
