Used once no longer works

Bought this heat press on February 26th The first week of March is here. Used it for 2 projects for the first time last night and it worked great. Received it this evening to use, plugged it into the same place etc. The buttons light up but the screen is blank and no heat comes out at all. Tried again at several other outlets recommending V same issue. Very disappointed after one use, is it a waste and I just ran out of a decent amount of money?
