but it was pretty easy to figure out

I got them yesterday and have tried them several times. When I first installed them, the strap slipped through the clip every time I loaded it. Once I put the band through the clip in the RIGHT direction, it slipped like this. After setting it up I looked at the instructions in the box, would have saved a few minutes if I had read them first but it was pretty easy to figure out. Mine hangs from a door frame rod, but the straps are long enough to be worn with something larger. The rings and straps feel very sturdy and they came with a nice carry case. Overall very happy with this purchase.
