They were easy to install and still work great. It was easy to follow the instructions on how to put them on, everything seems to be of good quality, the rings are comfortable and I enjoy using them to get back in shape. I'm also happy with the value for money and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg but I feel like I got what I paid for.

This is my first pair of gymnastic rings and I love them. They are stronger than I expected and only took a few minutes to install. The photo shows buckles made from heavy duty plastic, but what I received was made from a much stronger material, all metal. I was able to hang them up in minutes and use them right away. I got them yesterday and have tried them several times. When I first installed them, the strap slipped through the clip every time I loaded it. Once I put the band through the clip in the RIGHT direction, it slipped like this. The buckles are well made and strong with good holding power.
