So far works well as a sponge. Testing this new type of sponge for washing dishes and sinks - it doesn't seem to grow germs like a traditional sponge but it doesn't hold soap and water in the same way so it seems to work well but it takes a little getting used to. We'll see durability over time as I seem to have cut it with a knife wash. It also looks like we'll still need a scrubber to scrub cooked and dried foods as it doesn't have a tough/scratchy section, and a more traditional sponge for cleaning counters and mopping up spills.
