I give 2 stars because you can use some stencils but they are incredibly thin. They're made out of very thin plastic, I mean really thin, and some of the stencils aren't even finished yet, so you'll either have to cut them yourself and hope you don't mess anything up, or just don't use the particular stencil. in general (which would be my option). I also don't blame it for my mistake of not reading that the stencil sheets themselves were only 4" x 7" or I wouldn't have bothered to buy them in the first place. In total I'll probably use around 10-15 stencils, so it wasn't a waste of $$. If they were made of a slightly thicker material it would help a lot. There are a few good looking ones out there but even if you try them the plastic moves too much. Borders, butterflies, birthdays, holidays, birds, flowers, etc. Well, lesson learned.
