Bought this monitor and another brand during Prime Days. After getting both, I liked the picture better on this monitor (which pleased me since it was quite a bit cheaper than the other). I have used the monitor less than 10 times and the micro usb port bracket got lost and lost in the monitor. Thought when I contacted the company they said there was nothing they could do as it was from July when I bought it. boy was i wrong! They responded to my problem immediately and quickly replaced the monitor. Definitely not what I expected but I'm so happy they helped me in such a great and helpful way! The hardest part of the process was figuring out how to message them through Revain! I never wrote to the seller and it took most of the time to figure out where and how to do it. Thank you HONGO-US for supporting your product! I will definitely be shopping with you again!
