This was my first square drill and I really liked it. The theme is very attractive and mixing such beautiful colors with so many different shades really makes the project pop. I love that with square drills you have to be more careful to line up the drill in the box on the canvas so it takes a lot more time and attention to detail. I started doing diamond embroidery projects pretty quickly with a round drill bit. I re-evaluated this relaxing form of entertainment. The only problem was with the glue. The drill bits slid quite freely and didn't transfer the tool well from them to the canvas. After installing the drills, they were slightly displaced and lost. I decided to cover up the project with ModPog to protect the drill bits before rolling them up for storage when I'm done. This step should not have been necessary.
