I've only used this product once so can't speak to durability but it worked just fine. I really like how you can sync it to your phone and control the temperature remotely through the app. Last night I cooked some burgers and used 3 probes at once. You can use it like any other meat thermometer with displays on the device or download an app to your phone. With the app you have many functions that you will not find in a normal meat thermometer. My favorite feature is that you can set a different alarm for each sensor for each type of meat you cook. When you click on the alarm setting, a meat list appears and you simply select what you want to cook. It is already at the recommended temperature for that type of meat. The housing and the storage of the sensors in the holders are also very good. All in all a really good thing. Highly recommended.
