The case is strong, there is a built-in kickstand on the back, I like it. However, the plastic screen protector comes with a fingerprint recognition sticker that doesn't work. Followed the cleaning instructions, put the sticker on, it didn't work, the fingerprint could not be recognized. I deleted my saved fingerprints and tried to re-enter the fingerprint but it didn't work. Ten attempts failed. There is no solution. I have a shot, no additional fingerprint stickers. Even if it works, removing the phone from the cleaning case will damage the printed sticker and negate your sticker anyway. Useless.Case can be used without the plastic face shield and simply use a separately purchased screen film and then slip your phone into the case. Seems like a good solution. However, when the phone is placed in the case, the film peels off at the corners and I get blisters. Before my husband thought about custom installation issues, he attached the slide. He hangs frescoes for life. Murals are 40ft tall and 180ft long for Disney which must be precisely matched, no bubbles. He sticks films on walls, windows, appliances, cars. I glued all the films and a fingerprint sticker, everything didn't work out and I have a strong, beautiful, but useless case. I am returning the case.
