During assembly, the pin of the horizontal base has a plastic cap (at the place where it enters the seat), and so, during assembly, it broke. The chair works without it. Less than a month, so far so good. The swing mechanism works through time. When buying, I read that there could be problems, so I was ready. Didn't bother with returns and replacements.
