Bought for use in the gym locker room. Read instructions, set combo, checked several times. The second time I went to the gym and used it I literally had to cut it off because it wouldn't open. pathetic. Revain is sending a replacement and I'll change my review if the next one works. Alright, here's an update. I've been using the second one for a long time, but I won't buy the second one. Changing the # when it's unlocked/opened will change the combination! WHAT? I have to be very careful to unlock it from the locker, lock it again immediately, # fold it up and put it away. It's absurdly easy to accidentally change combos, and then you need bolt cutters. Compact, light, but unfortunately bad design.
