UPDATE: up to 4 stars <—After purchasing the correct activation tool they worked immediately as described by the company. The magnet didn't do it for me, but LAUNCH TS971 activated it immediately! Says it works out of the box for my 2005 Ford Expedition but NO, it needs to be programmed into the ECU at the dealer which costs $$$. The mistakes persist because I can't relearn them. If you really want that brand, buy items that are generic (programmable) and not HARD PROGRAMMED like this one.
