Blue status lights not working - untrusted

When I first plugged in and started using a few USB ports, I noticed that none of the blue status lights were working. I assume everything else could work just fine, but this flaw doesn't inspire confidence in the build quality of the device. I'll update the rating (and maybe add a few stars) after it's been running for a while to see if it works as it should without progress indicators. I think this is the last time I order something when 90% of the reviews are from people who have received "awards" for their review and the product description has so many grammatical errors.
