I'll admit I'm not a huge fan of tofu, but being vegan and eating purple carrot dishes it's embarrassing not to like tofu. So I tried these abs and I'm so glad I did. The consistency is much better after shrinking to 2/3 the original size. Its cutting is more reminiscent of slicing feta cheese than the porosity and discomfort of unpressed tofu. It has a much better mouthfeel. Pressing a heavy pan like I've done before was messy and never worked. Now all I have to do is put the tofu in, insert the spring (very easy if you keep an eye on the slits) and leave it in the fridge for a couple of days. So glad I bought this.
