I built my own pull behind motorcycle trailer. I wanted a very small and light jack that I could take with me in the event of a flat tire. My empty trailer weighs 300 pounds, but when loaded with 100 pounds of gear, it becomes difficult to lift half of the 400 pounds while someone is changing homes. So this jack is very small, comes in a nicely sealed plastic case, weighs very little and takes up very little space. Was very inexpensive, great jack for those "just in case" situations.
