Review on Staple Installation Equipment Fencing 2500Pcs by James Broome

I WOULD have the same brand of staples as this stapler IF ONLY available. The ones that came with it worked great. The next batch I bought was DeWalt. They fit on the device but do not slip after the clip is pushed out. You have to hit the stapler hard on something. THAT gets annoying quickly. I live far out in the country and didn't have time to drive into town to buy another stapler, so I disassembled the thing and modified it with a file. I had to sand the metal from the left and right edges of the inner rail where the staples slide. This was the area that touched the inside curve of each bracket. All hell broke loose when I put this thing together. It would be great if the spring stayed in place. This stapler has no "hook" to hold the nib, but straight little sticks from which the nib loops easily slide off. BUT I DID IT! (This is just one of those moments when wives can't figure out why a man should WIN.)
