***UPDATE JUNE 2022***. I noticed that after 5 months of having the couch I was missing the pieces that attach the backs of the couch to the cushion ( I realized after I finally used all the pieces to make one big L shape couch). I contacted customer services and they were SO easy to talk to and sent me missing pieces and then a few extra to be safe! Honestly, I can't wait to refurnish the upstairs because I will be buying another couch from them for sure!_________________________________SO, I'm one of those people who actually take the time to read reviews and compare and contrast etc.When I saw there was a few bad reviews on the couch about quality, comfort and material not being as good, I was definitely put off. But after looking other places, I couldn't find other companies that had the look THIS had and what I was ultimately looking for.There are many positives to this couch and I'm glad I stuck with it- it can rearrange quickly and easily- its easy to clean if you have an attachment for a vacuum to use!- it has good quality comfort. We don't feel like we are sinking and its good support. (we rotate the cushions we sit on every month to limit the wear and tear)- it has great storage ( and when you add blankets to the cushions you sit on more, it does help keep the foam raised up)- it is great for small spaces and accommodates 6 ppl ( 4 is more comfortable if you like extra space)- its color scheme is all even and not mix-matched- when broken into 2 couches or 2 couches and an ottoman it works wonders!RECCOMEND:- let the couch sit out 48-72 hours before sitting on cushions. the packaging came tight and we let them reform before sitting on them !
