Easy way keep watch over your users

Sentrana has been easy for our organization to use to help us analyze data from our customers. The reports are easy to create and publish. It also helps us track our customer's usage of our products and services. I like that we can see where our customers are spending their time online and what they are doing. This allows us to provide them with better service and make sure they are getting the best value out of our products. There isn't anything that I dislike about Sentrana. It has been great for our team to be able to use to help us monitor our customers' activity.

Pros
  • Ease in creating custom views
  • Easy way compare different types (user ID, user groups etc.) very helpful!
  • Can add filters/sorting rules.
  • You need experience is SQL Server Reporting Services or some other reporting software but it will not stop you if newbiness comes along.
Cons
  • Somewhat complicated interface at first sight compared others such as Power BI
