The ability for us as marketers & sales people in our organization to pull together different sources of information into one place makes it easy to find what we are looking for when needed! It also helps track down issues/questions regarding specific content or campaigns. I wish there were more ways to customize fields within each element (i.e., campaign). Also would like some sort of way to have multiple users access at once from their own devices without having them log back onto your system after they've already logged off. We use this product daily across many departments including but not limited to marketing, PR, social media etc. This has helped streamline how much info gets pulled together vs being spread out throughout other systems which previously was very common practice. As mentioned above - ease of finding things via search function. Tracking performance metrics such as ROI / CPA for various ad groups / channels.
