Great shoes my review
Like previous Cascadia models, these shoes fit well, are lightweight and very breathable. Designed and advertised as a trail running shoe, pretty versatile for me on most terrains.

- They fit great and my husband uses them every day at the gym.
Cons
- May not provide sufficient flexibility for maneuvering movements.
