    So comfortable! to my rating.

I'm a huge Brooks fan after trying Ghost for the first time. I'm not a big runner, but my wife and I run every day. I was a little worried they might not be as comfortable but these are my new favorite shoes! They make a robust but very comfortable impression. I would buy them again!

    Pros
    • This is my 2nd pair. As a trail running shoe they are unbeatable and I also use mine for day hikes.
    Cons
    • Now it's just soft sneakers with protectors. It's comfortable, but not at all like the old Cascadias.

Great trail shoe! to my rating.

I love my Cascadia 16! They fit perfectly: my heel is secured, my toes can be spread at the big toe, my sole is protected by a stone slab, and overall the fit is comfortable and secure. I've ridden it 100+ miles on California trails and haven't had any issues. The terrain was dirt, gravel roads, single track smooth trails and slightly technical (rocks and tree roots) single and swaying trails. During a half marathon race I rode them about 2 km on a paved road without any problems. However, I…

    Pros
    • a light weight. great trend
    Cons
    • The stack is too high, the profile is not that grippy and there are no more stabilizing pods. It's an ankle twisting nightmare...

Great shoes - my new review

I bought them for my first trail race and only wore them 2 times before race day. They have promoted everything and more. The trail consisted of single track dirt, two track dirt/gravel, rocky/scree areas, water and anything else you can think of. I was very impressed with how they helped me perform. I even used them for softball and baseball after my last race. I'll check out Cascadia when I'm back in the market.

    Pros
    • I really enjoy these shoes. I suffer from planter fasciitis and these shoes are comfortable.
    Cons
    • They run small, order one size larger.

The durability of these shoes is just terrible even though they only cost $30. I had a previous pair that had worn down the inner lining of each heel and yet I ordered a second pair, assuming the catastrophic deterioration in the fabric was a quality control accident because they were quite comfortable; but the second pair quickly succumbed to the same problem, with the inner lining of the heels peeling off in just three months. I will never order a pair again, especially at this price point…

    Pros
    • Great shoes!
    Cons
    • Can be difficult to crack

Great shoes - my new review

The best running shoes I've ever had. This is my third pair. The previous pair had driven hundreds of miles before being replaced. They have great support and are very stable.

    Pros
    • El producto cumple con las especificaciones. La Talla es la Correcta. El envio fué rapido.
    Cons
    • May not provide adequate protection for toenails

Dry time - my new test report

Drying time aside, these are amazing shoes. They took forever to dry out after encountering a creek during their hike. Thanks for attention.

    Pros
    • Very good fit, so beautiful, comfortable and light
    Cons
    • Can cause leg fatigue on long journeys

    Antes Usaba Solomon, excellent choice

Razón por Que no le doy 5 estrellas it que no he corrido distances arriba de 40km. Por lo tanto no se como puedan comportarse en 50k

    Pros
    • Good fit, good protector
    Cons
    • Size 11 is more like 11 1/2 plus Very disappointed

    Great shoes for a giant

This shoe supports his back and seems to wear very well. He's 6ft 3in and weighs about 270lbs so buying 👟 is kind of a challenge

    Pros
    • I have been wearing Cascadia for many years and it is the expected quality and beautiful appearance.
    Cons
    • May not provide adequate support for overpronating runners.

    Great for flat feet

Hubbs tried this shoe and loved it! Said it's comfortable and doesn't slip or slide while hiking. In general, the camper is satisfied!

    Pros
    • The high-quality materials used in the construction of the shoes ensure long-lasting comfort even after many kilometers of wear.
    Cons
    • May not provide adequate support for runners with ankle instability.

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

    You will not regret it.

I do a lot of cross country running and sometimes walk 10 to 12 miles. this is exactly what i needed. A bit pricey, but it's better to invest in your legs now than to go to the doctor later. Will be getting another pair soon.

    Pros
    • I just give off a buzz when I wear these shoes!
    Cons
    • May not be suitable for high instep runners.

    Comfortable and strong

Out of the box and on our feet for a 10 mile hike. No problem! This is my 10th pair of Cascadia starting on the 13th. Love this brand.

    Pros
    • I have been using these shoes for many years and now mainly for hiking and walking. Very satisfied!
    Cons
    • You are not very comfortable for me. Certainly not worth the money

didn't fit like my old Cascadias

This would be my fourth pair of Cascadias. I had 11, 13 and 15 and these 16 just didn't fit like the previous ones. I had to go back. Already less, just not what I expected.

    Pros
    • True to size, very comfortable shoes!
    Cons
    • May not have adequate breathability for hot climates

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

A big improvement over Cascadia 15!

The new materials in the upper of this shoe feel much more durable than my last pair of Cascadia 15s which started to puncture after only 2 seasons (about 150 miles) of use.

    Pros
    • lightweight construction
    Cons
    • May not be suitable for iron runners

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

    Reliable and functional so far.

Great option for wide feet. There are lace adjustment holes in the ankle area. The tongue does not hang out when running or walking. They were built for rough and rough terrain and wouldn't be my first choice for pavement as the profile and materials are different from the Brooks Ghost.

    Pros
    • Fits like all my other Cascadia. Haven't walked in it yet.
    Cons
    • May not provide adequate traction in muddy terrain.

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

    Fantastic for trails and streets

I'm primarily a trail runner and spend a lot of time in Southern California on rocky, bumpy trails. They handle them with ease and offer the support you need without overloading the support. I've been a Brooks fan for a long time and they are my best couple. They also offer good bounce on regular paved roads!

    Pros
    • The shoe's upper is made of breathable mesh that maximizes airflow and prevents overheating during intense runs.
    Cons
    • May not provide adequate arch support for runners with high arches.

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

All day comfort in my opinion

I've had them for quite a while and now I can say they sit right next to other top running shoes like the Speedgoat 4. I like wearing these shoes very much.

    Pros
    • Son of unos excelentes tenis y llegaron en perfecto estado. Los uso para trail running in Colombia
    Cons
    • May not provide adequate arch support for runners with flat feet.

    Revainrating 2 out of 5

The Protector split during the first campaign

This shoe is a bit large compared to the Cascadia 14. They were comfortable right after purchase. Unfortunately, the tread on the left shoe turned into an easy hike in 10 minutes for the first few days of wear.

    Pros
    • Se miran que son zapatos de calidad y la medida es exacta. Las Primeras Sensaciones Son Excelentes.
    Cons
    • Limited color options

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

    Very comfortable shoes

The shoes are comfortable but I wish the latter were more straight. I wouldn't wear socks that are too thick if you didn't increase the size by 1/2. They meet my low mileage needs, but I wouldn't spend that much money on another pair.

    Pros
    • The Cascadia 16 has a roomy toe box that allows the toes to splay freely and create a comfortable, custom fit.
    Cons
    • May not provide enough cushioning for heavy runners.

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

    Perfect for wide feet!

I'm a sneaker fanatic. I love everything about this shoe except for one thing... the laces need to be a little longer. Still a 5 star shoe IMO. The comfort, flexibility and feel of this shoe is just what I need. I would recommend it to anyone on the go!

    Pros
    • I have been buying these shoes for my son for 6 years. He loved and wore them all until they wore out a year later.
    Cons
    • May be too tight in the toe area

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

    Great shoes my review

Like previous Cascadia models, these shoes fit well, are lightweight and very breathable. Designed and advertised as a trail running shoe, pretty versatile for me on most terrains.

    Pros
    • They fit great and my husband uses them every day at the gym.
    Cons
    • May not provide sufficient flexibility for maneuvering movements.
