Review on Men's Brooks Cascadia Mykonos Blue Peacoat Shoes by Bryan White
Fantastic for trails and streets
I'm primarily a trail runner and spend a lot of time in Southern California on rocky, bumpy trails. They handle them with ease and offer the support you need without overloading the support. I've been a Brooks fan for a long time and they are my best couple. They also offer good bounce on regular paved roads!
Pros
- The shoe's upper is made of breathable mesh that maximizes airflow and prevents overheating during intense runs.
Cons
- May not provide adequate arch support for runners with high arches.
