Amazing results! I have had plantar fasciitis on my left foot for 2-3 months. It is especially painful in the morning after waking up and when I sit down for a long time. There were times when I was in such agony that I could barely walk and had to hobble down the hallways from not being able to put weight on my left foot. I did back bends, cold compresses, rolled cans under my feet and nothing helped. I accidentally mentioned my PF to a friend and they told me about this video and how much it helped them so I decided to give it a try while I was working on my computer. I just roll back and forth on the heel and arch. I did it mindlessly for several hours at a time and honestly didn't pay much attention to how I was feeling. This morning I got out of bed and went to the bathroom and then realized I wasn't feeling my usual debilitating pain and I was walking straight and not in a hunched posture. The only thing I did differently was using this video. For the first time in months I feel normal again. I know it's probably too early to write a review but I want anyone who is thinking of buying this product to know that it worked for me and it worked so quickly. I am so happy and hopeful after fearing this would be a chronic condition for life. I was skeptical about the price as there are much more expensive products out there, but this is the real deal.
