I have tried many different creams, pastes, gels, oils and powders over the decades as an avid road cyclist. I’ve had many surgeries and excisions for bad saddle sores so I place some merit in what I think about this product. Comparatively speaking, It does what it’s supposed to do, which is protect our femaleTenders, or Ho Ha’s as we call it on my team…my only potentially negative feedback is that I find it a bit too pasty so it’s harder to apply, you need more of it to get good coverage then and it doesn’t "glide” as well on your Ho Ha when riding like another brand I used to use a lot called "Ho Ha Ride Glide” I would make this cream my second choice…but overall if does a good job!
