Pretty good. I chose a rating between 3 and 4 stars and decided to give it 4 because when it works it does everything we need it to do. The picture quality is pretty good. I think it's great that you can hear the end of the baby and also talk through it. My only issue is that since we received it we have had some trouble connecting it. We set it up the first day we had it, which was relatively easy and worked well. The next day we couldn't turn it on at all. After a few email exchanges with customer service, they pretty much told me what the camera connection manual says, which we've obviously already read and gone through. After emailing them all day, my husband called and we were immediately informed that the servers were down that day. I figured they should have emailed this to me so I didn't have to spend half a day fiddling with it and trying to relink it. And it's happened a few times since we got it. Hopefully we won't have any further problems, otherwise it's a very good little camera.
