it works as expected, saves money by not having to constantly buy disposables. I like that the hard part falls off for washing. I shouldn't be complaining, but since the hard pad and wipe are contradictory, it would be nice to have an easier way to decipher what's connected to what. Of course they are interchangeable (e.g. you can mix and match the orange backing with the one that matches the blue Wupe) but a different function is used as the position of the holes determines how the mop is cleaned. I wrote clearly on the back of the white plastic with a permanent marker to know what function I expect it to perform. I have another set that also has a hard plastic element paired with cloths so I can compare which one is more durable over time. Cleanable, cool, I never use white as we have laminate
