I wanted a new bed for my dog but they are either too small and flimsy or too expensive. I also tend to never throw away worn pillows because I'm convinced they will still be useful for SOMETHING and that brought it all together. It has 4 old king size pillows which is very economical for me and I find it much easier to clean than their previous foam beds. We are both very happy. Just like the cat that uses this bed during the day. π
