Review on ๐Ÿง’ YETI Rambler Jr. 12 oz Kids Bottle: Durable Straw Cap for Hydration on-the-go by Matthew Peterson

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Caution: It is difficult to remove mold from silicone on a straw loop lid.

My twins have been using their baby ramblers since 2019 when they were 3 years old and it has lasted and it is an absolutely gorgeous water bottle almost 2 years apart from one , but a serious problem: over time, it is very difficult to completely clean the silicone under the opening and closing straw nozzle (see picture). To see the silicone piece, open the straw halfway or at a 45 degree angle. We've only used it on water and I've tried so many ways to clean it (e.g. toothpick, small brush, dipping in boiling water) but unfortunately I can't seem to get over it. I've also tried removing the spout (which would completely solve this problem) but it won't come off. I would really like to see this part gone because everything else about this water bottle is just great. I would really appreciate it if anyone knew how to deep clean the silicone or get under that area, or even know how to remove the mouthpiece straw and I'll be happy to update my review. I looked on Yeti how to delete the support page and it is not removed. I also tried to search the internet for ways to clean it up but found nothing โ˜น๏ธ. I have already contacted Yeti with this issue but never received a response. detachable and therefore easier to clean, but does not have the nice wide ergonomic handle of the Yeti. I am currently looking for a new replacement as I just can't keep this area clean anymore. Again, these are great bottles. Just keep an eye on the silicone area over time.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • I have no dislikes for it everything is fine
