I was able to connect with an expert from our team that has been in business for over 30 years (and is still actively working!).

The process of selecting someone who best fit my needs, then reviewing their resume/CV etc., interviewing them via phone or Skype, making sure they were right person at the time we hired them - all this took around 4 weeks! It's not cheap but it does take some work to get there. My client got amazing results out of having me onboarded quickly into her organization. We had very little turnover during the first year which meant she didn't have many training costs up front.
