I was in the process of replacing the brass finish of all the fixtures in my apartment with brushed nickel. I wanted to update to a modern look without making the edges too soft or too hard. This family of pens offered the perfect balance of everything I was looking for! This has been used on all interior doors in my home, the presentation was perfect and the handle is secure. The handle finish prevents scratches (particularly useful for high-traffic doors) and the lever design makes it easy to use even when your hands are full. The handle easily rotates left or right depending on which way your door opens, and it literally takes less than 15 minutes to install! I installed the keyed version for the main front door and am very pleased with how much the look of my entire house has changed!
