Review on Shorebird Manage by Josel Lambert

The ability to have all of our applicants in one place, able to be viewed at any time or day is great for us as we are constantly hiring new employees into different positions throughout the year. I wish there was an option where you could send out emails directly from this software so it would save me some work when sending mass communications (i.e., thank-you letters). If anyone has questions about their application status they can easily go back through my notes which show who applied/was hired etc. It also helps keep track if someone leaves after being offered but does not accept due to other reasons like family issues.
