The best part about this software is its ease of use, it's very intuitive to navigate through. I like how easy it was for me to learn all aspects of the program. We love that you can easily filter through the candidates and get their experience, education, etc. That they can do well in the technical side of the role and also the creative side. The ability to have all of our applicants in one place, able to be viewed at any time or day is great for us as we are constantly hiring new employees into different positions throughout the year.
