We love that you can easily filter through the candidates and get their experience, education, etc. That they can do well in the technical side of the role and also the creative side. It can help you out a lot. Sometimes it can be a bit slow and frustrating to use but it's worth it. It can be helpful in order to stay focused and efficient in this process. Also it is super easy to use - no extra training. We do not have any complaints that I know of as we have not used it in a long time now. The only thing that I can say is that sometimes it can be difficult to find new candidates to fill the jobs available. We are able to filter the candidates as we want and use the skillsets that we want in the roles available - for example, we found the right candidate for our accounting team but we could not find the right candidate for the graphic design team for example. We also use to track the current candidates and update them if needed. We It's easy to use, it has great features like an application builder for our client side app so we can do drag-and-drop forms, etc., I don't really have anything bad to say about this program. The support is amazing as well, they are very quick at getting back to you when needed. If you're looking for something simple and intuitive, I'd highly recommend their product. They were able to help me create custom fields for my applicants in just minutes, which was exactly what I wanted.
