The best part about this software is its ease of use, it's very intuitive to navigate through. I like how easy it was for me to learn all aspects of the program. It saved my time because once i signed up for an account everything was taken care of from then on out. There really isn't anything i dislike about this product other than maybe some minor glitches here or there but they are easily fixed. As far as customer service goes, everyone has been great. They have always responded quickly when we contacted them regarding any issues/questions we may have had. We used this application to track our applicants who were applying for jobs within our organization.
